Reservation & cancellation policy

Check-in Kindly take note of our offically check in and check out time which is 3pm for check in and 11am for check out. However, you are always welcome to check in early or stay late and use our facilities like the beach and restaurant until your room/s are ready or you leave Ko-Sa Beach Resort.

Check-out We only ask the room because the housing keeping dept. need to make the room ready for other guests, but you can always ask if its possible to stay in our rooms after the offical check out time and if its available, its comes with an extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Check-In Time: 15:00 hrs Check-Out Time: 11:00 hrs

Early check-in or late check-out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day and therefore to be reconfirmed with the front office staff.

A levy or fee is chargeable for late check-out from 12:00 to 17:00 hours. Whether this is possible depends on the availability of a room.

Rooms not occupied by 20:00 hours will be seen as a ‘No Show’, unless prior arrangements have been made.

For any early check-out, a one-night early check-out penalty will be imposed.

Deposit Policy:

Once a reservation is confirmed a deposit of 50% of the accommodation costs has to be made to secure your booking. Ko-Sa Beach Resort will contact you regarding the payment details.

Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact us via info@ko-sa.com or +233 244 375 432 to discuss the details and sending of the invoice.

Reservations are allowed to be modified up until 48 hours prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by call, WhatsApp or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking. A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received at least 20 days before the arrival date. Thereafter, no refunds will be made. For cancellation or modification of group bookings please notify us at least 4 weeks before arrival in​ order to avoid charges.

In the event that the guests do not show up on the day of their booking, the booking is considered cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.

Upon check-in, all guests must register through a guest registration form and must mention their valid ID (Non-Residential) on the form.

For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by the hotel management. ​

Cancellation policy via Travel Agent or Booking.com

When a reservation is made via a Travel Agent or Booking.Com any modification or cancellation has to go through their platforms.
