These terms cover your use of ko-sa.com and any reservation made through it. By booking with us, you agree to them.
1. Reservations and rates
Rates are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS). Reservations are made on our secure Cloudbeds booking page. A 30% deposit is required to confirm every booking, and the remaining balance is due on arrival. KoSa is cashless: we accept Mobile Money, card, Paystack payment links, bank transfer and QR payments.
2. Cancellation policy
- Up to 72 hours before arrival: free cancellation.
- Within 72 hours of arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
- Within 24 hours of arrival, or no-show: 50% of the deposit is kept.
- The deposit invoice is valid for 2 days.
3. Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 11am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability. Photo ID is required at check-in for all guests over 18.
4. Conduct
KoSa is a place to rest. We ask all guests to keep noise low after 10pm, to respect our team and other guests, and to treat the resort and its surroundings with care. We may decline service to anyone whose behaviour disturbs others.
5. Damages
Guests are responsible for damage to the property caused by themselves or their party, beyond reasonable wear.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, KoSa is not liable for indirect loss, loss of personal property, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (severe weather, public unrest, utility outages and similar). Our maximum liability is the total amount paid for your reservation.
7. Website use
Content on ko-sa.com belongs to KoSa Beach Resort or is used with permission. Personal viewing is welcome; copying or commercial use needs our written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
